Class Summary: This class provides a practical, step-by-step approach to using sales data to analyze and improve land values. Participants will begin with newly filed deeds, including proper data entry, indexing, and reviewing qualification codes. The course will then cover analyzing sales at the county and neighborhood level, identifying outliers, and using ratio studies to determine where adjustments may be needed. Participants will also learn how to develop and apply factors, update the lot model, and test the results to ensure accurate and consistent land values.

Class begins at 10am to allow for same day travel, there will be 2 hours of instruction, a one hour lunch break, and class will conclude at 3pm to allow for end of day travel. 4 hours of CEU's are available if participants attend the full day of training.
