This 4 hour training provides an overview of manufactured homes, including key characteristics and classification considerations. Participants will review statutory requirements and relevant rulings to better understand compliance expectations. The course will also cover best practices for tracking and listing manufactured homes, with hands-on guidance using the 936 module within the Landmark system. Open discussion is encouraged to address questions, share experiences, and clarify real-world application.

Class begins at 10am to allow for same day travel, there will be 2 hours of instruction, a one hour lunch break; class will conclude at 3pm to allow for end of day travel.
