Commercial Data Collection (12 hrs)
This course will cover basic collection of data in relation to commercial properties for the use of property valuation. Training consists of basic tips, proper measurement techniques, attribute identification, modifiers, field etiquette and safety. Instruction will include classroom, field, and computer lab training covering all three approaches to value.
