Instruction on basic data entry for the use of commercial property valuation in the State CAMA system. This course covers appraisal theory across all three approaches to value and hands on training in the computer lab entering actual commercial properties. Occupancies, construction class, measuring techniques, site improvements, modifiers, and other attributes will be discussed.
